Returns

 

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products

 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
