Years after a devastating nuclear disaster poisons the eastern waters of Japan, a massive toad-like creature suddenly emerges and makes landfall in Manila Bay. As the monster tears through Metro Manila, the Philippine Defense Forces throw everything they have at it, but nothing seems to work. In the middle of the chaos is Dr. David Dalangib, an eccentric scientist who may know more than he should about the creature and how to stop it.
