In Wounded Little Gods, author Eliza Victoria blends myth and mystery in a gripping tale set in the small town of Heridos, where gods and spirits once roamed freely—until they vanished a decade ago, following a disastrous harvest. The townspeople, convinced they were abandoned by their deities, left their homes and moved to the city.

Regina, now living in the city, is thrust back into Heridos when her colleague Diana mysteriously disappears after a cryptic conversation. Shortly after, Regina discovers a strange note in her bag with two names and a mysterious map, leading her on a journey back to her roots. As she investigates Diana's disappearance, Regina uncovers unsettling secrets involving genetic experiments, shadowy rumors, and a hidden facility that few seem to know about.

This novel explores themes of lost faith, the intersection of science and myth, and the haunting remnants of the past as Regina unravels the town's forgotten history.
